Teen Soul Discovery Regression

A Gentle Inner Journey for Secondary-School Aged Teens (12–18)

All sessions are conducted 1:1 online via Zoom.

What Is Teen Soul Discovery Regression?

Teen Soul Discovery Regression is a gentle, age-appropriate inner exploration for young people aged 12–18, particularly those navigating the emotional and identity challenges of secondary school and adolescence. The transition to secondary school can be deeply unsettling. Many young people experience anxiety, loss of confidence, emotional overwhelm, or a sense of not belonging — even if they cannot clearly explain why.

This work provides a safe, grounded space for teens to explore their inner world, build emotional awareness, and reconnect with a sense of stability, identity, and self-trust. This is not about fixing behaviour. It is about supporting the inner world during a vulnerable developmental stage.

From a Parent (About Their Son)

"My son was really struggling after starting secondary school. He became withdrawn, anxious, and constantly said he didn’t know who he was or where he fit. As a parent, that was heartbreaking to watch — and I felt completely stuck. I wasn’t sure what to expect from this work. I just knew he needed support that wasn’t more pressure, labels, or fixing. What stood out was how safe and respectful the process was. My son felt in control the whole time. There was no forcing, no analysing him, no telling him what he ‘should’ feel. Over the weeks, he became calmer and more grounded. He started talking more openly. He trusted himself again. School didn’t feel so overwhelming anymore. This wasn’t about changing him — it helped him come back to himself."
